Transparent Office
We share our office data transparently with the client so
that he/she (we’ll use the male gender henceforth) always
knows exactly where his case stands in the process toward
visa issuance. Once the client retains our firm, he gets access
to seven reports:
Client
Data
The easy-to-use online questionnaire allows the client to
input his biographical information for subsequent review and
editing by our attorneys before we place the data on the USCIS
and Embassy forms.
Fiancee
Data
This page shows the biographical data that we have obtained
from the fiancee that will appear on her USCIS and Embassy
forms after attorney review. This data is not editable by
the client.
USCIS
Checklist
This page shows exactly what documents and other items we
have received from the client and from the fiancee as we prepare
the USCIS petition.
Time
Line
This page shows the client all significant events and dates
of completion as the case moves forward to visa issuance.
USCIS
Processing
Our USCIS wait time data is better than the USCIS’ because
it’s live and up-to-the-minute (the USCIS data is typically
weeks or even months out of date and therefore can be very
misleading). By anonymously sharing all our clients’
approval wait times, we can give each individual client the
best possible predictor of their likely waiting time for USCIS
approval.
Embassy
Checklist
This page shows the extent to which the fiancee has obtained
documents needed for the Embassy interview.
Embassy
Statistics
This page provides the client with our office’s most
recent data on how long our clients are waiting for their
fiancee’s interview date in the Embassy that will issue
the fiancee's visa.
By clicking on the left, you can see the data of a fictitious
client (although all the USCIS and Embassy data are real).
