Areas of Practice

National Clientele
Our U.S. clients are located all over the United States, and occasionally even overseas. Our office is specifically designed to allow us to easily and efficiently interact with our clients by telephone, e-mail, fax, and express mail.

Worldwide Beneficiaries
We have obtained Fiancee visas for citizens of over 60 countries located in every region of the world. Our extensive experience with embassies around the world, plus our commitment to providing all fiancées with the highest level of support, means that your fiancée, wherever he or she lives, will receive the utmost care and support.

Broad Experience
Although 90% of our cases are K-1 visa cases, we are careful to devote about 10% of our practice to a broad range of immigration issues (adjustment of status, tourist visas for relatives, travel visas, pre-nuptual agreements, work visas, citizenship petitions, etc.) so that our K-1 visa clients can benefit from our breadth of hands-on experience in addressing various immigration and immigration related issues.

Our law practice focuses upon two primary areas:

1. K-1 Fiancee Visa

The majority of our clients are Americans who wish to marry a foreigner residing overseas.

Since the vast majority of foreigners can not qualify for a simple visitor visa or business visa , the primary emphasis of our practice is the K-1 Fiancee Visa which, though involving substantial and precise paperwork, is a highly effective means of inviting a fiancee to the United States for the purpose of marriage.

The K-1 visa allows a U.S. citizen to invite his or her fiancee to America for a period of 90 days, during which time the fiancee must either marry the petitioner or return to his or her home country. To learn more about this visa, click on fiancee visa.

2. Relative & K-3 Visas (for spouse)

We also represent clients who wish to marry their fiancee in a foreign country and thereafter invite the spouse to the U.S. on a Relative Visa.
